At the center of this level is the expansive entertainment lounge, where a cozy family room, sophisticated wet bar and state-of-the-art home theatre create the perfect setting for après-ski gatherings and evening relaxation. The fully equipped gym and wellness center features a temperature-controlled steam shower and space for a cold plunge, providing the ideal environment for recovery and rejuvenation after a day on the slopes.
For skiers, the crown jewel of the lower level is the resort-caliber ski suite. Outfitted with custom lockers, radiant heat floors, boot dryers and ample gear storage, the ski room offers effortless slope access just steps from the door. Its thoughtful design—opening directly onto snow-melted patios—makes transitions from mountain adventure to fireside comfort seamless, enhancing every ski day with ultimate convenience and style.
The lower level also hosts three generously appointed guest suites, each with en-suite bathrooms, providing private and luxurious accommodations for family, guests or multi-generational living. An eighth bedroom with en-suite bathroom can be used as either a gym or bedroom with access to the outdoor patio and spa like bathroom.
